Before moving to central Florida, Ms. Cavanagh held various positions on Long Island, NY, with a local school district, town assessor, and in health care.

She is a Certified Home Health Aide and Certified Nurse Assistant and also received training in office, computer, and business courses.

At Pilgrims' Mary is responsible for the day-to-day affairs of the church office and also undertakes the duties of custodian.

In her spare time she paints in oil and acrylics. She and husband, Manfred, live in Weirsdale.
